For Orders Of Yantra(s)
Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the placement of the order but before the energizing process will result in the cancellation charges of 10% of the total amount as cancellation charges. 
Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the completion of energizing process will result in 25% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra(s) has been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us. All approved refunds will be processed in 3-5 Working Days.

For Astrological Services
Any cancellation of astrology service(s) after the placement of confirmed order will result in cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid for the order.
Any cancellation after getting confirmation e-mail/delivery date for the service(s) will result in 25% of amount paid for the order as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through email/telephone as per the order requirement. All approved refunds will be processed in 3-5 Working Days
